No Refund Policy: All contributions made through the Support the Creators program are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative content production, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks for any amount contributed, regardless of the reason. By completing your contribution, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
No Ownership or Intellectual Property Rights: Your contribution is a voluntary gift to support the production of content by Rich Azz Auntie TV (RAATV) and its creators. Contributions do not constitute an investment, purchase of equity, licensing agreement, or transfer of any intellectual property rights. Contributors receive no ownership interest, royalty rights, distribution rights, creative control, profit-sharing, or any other proprietary claim to any content, brand, show, series, film, or other media produced by RAATV, its affiliates, or its creators — now or in the future.
Limitation of Liability: RAATV and its creators, officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from your contribution. This includes but is not limited to claims of misrepresentation, breach of contract, or any expectation of return on contribution.
Use of Funds: Contributions may be used at the sole discretion of RAATV for production costs, equipment, talent compensation, platform development, marketing, and any other operational expenses related to content creation and distribution.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from contributions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, United States. By contributing, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against RAATV.
