No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscription purchases made through RAATV (Rich Azz Auntie TV), operated by RAATV LLC. By subscribing to any RAATV plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RAATV DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS, WHETHER PARTIAL OR IN FULL.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. By providing your payment information and completing your purchase, you authorize RAATV to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method.

If you change from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan (or vice versa), the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for the current billing period.

If RAATV offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. No refunds will be issued once the subscription charge has been processed.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting RAATV directly may result in immediate termination of your account. RAATV reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels.

RAATV may, in its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances. Any such refund is not guaranteed and should not be expected. To request an exception, contact us at the email below.

RAATV strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle subscribers to refunds, credits, or extensions of service.

RAATV reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

By subscribing to RAATV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the RAATV Terms of Service.
