You can cancel anytime from your Account & Membership page. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access upon purchase. See our full Refund Policy for details.

RAATV membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at $7.99/month or annually at $69.99/year. Cancel anytime.

RAATV is available on iPhone, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV, Smart TVs, tablets, and computers.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, submit a support request above with details about the problem.

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen — we'll email you a secure link. Click the link in the email to set a new password (the link expires in 1 hour and can only be used once). If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Submit a support request and we'll reset it manually.

Sign in to your profile, scroll to the gold-bordered "Privacy & Your Data" section, and click Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase to prevent accidents. Once confirmed: your name, email, phone, and watch history are wiped, your active subscription is cancelled (no future charges), and you receive an email confirming deletion.

Sign in to your profile, scroll to "Privacy & Your Data," and click Download My Data. You'll get a JSON file with your account info, subscription, watch history, and support tickets. This satisfies GDPR Article 20 (right to data portability) and CCPA's right to know.

Need a different format? Email privacy@richazzauntietv.com and we'll send a CSV.

Two ways:

1. From your profile — sign in, open your profile, scroll to "Privacy & Your Data," and toggle Marketing emails off.

2. From any marketing email — every promotional email has an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. One click and you're out.

Note: transactional emails (password resets, account confirmations, billing receipts) cannot be opted out of — those are required for the service to function.

The short version: name, email, password (hashed), phone (optional), date of birth, watch history, and IP address (for fraud prevention). We do NOT collect: GPS location, microphone, camera, contacts, or anything else from your device.

RAATV is currently focused on US viewers. Some content may be available worldwide; other titles are licensed for US-only viewing. If a video isn't available in your country, you'll see a notice. International availability is expanding — follow us on social media for updates.

RAATV is rated for adults (18+) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (per COPPA). If you believe a child has created an account, please email privacy@richazzauntietv.com immediately and we'll delete the account and any associated data.
